Job Description
Fivetran is seeking a Product Operations Manager to scale operations across Data & Insights, Technology, and Operations. The role involves designing and implementing systems, tools, and processes to improve product team performance, streamline PDLC, and drive customer-centric decision-making. This is a full-time position based out of either Oakland or Denver.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related operational role.
- Experience supporting product teams at scale.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Strong skills in automation, process improvement, and data analysis.
- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
