Job Description
The Catalyst Church Residency is a 1-2 year program that equips and deploys future church leaders, with three residency tracks: College Staff, Ministry Staff, and Pastoral Track.
Requirements
- Recent college graduates or those with little to no theological education and vocational ministry experience
- Passion for ministry and leadership development
- Ability to commit to 1-2 year residency program
