2026 Flagship Pioneering Fellowship

Flagship Pioneering is a biotechnology company focused on inventing and building platforms that change the world. They are seeking 2026 Flagship Pioneering Fellows – scientists, engineers, and physicians – to become part of a company creation process that combines scientific innovation with entrepreneurial spirit. Fellows learn to generate, refine, and challenge innovative hypotheses before building groundbreaking companies. Fellows receive a stipend and are expected to be available for full-time employment in Cambridge.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in a scientific field (biology, chemistry, etc.)
• Completed or in-year of a professional scientific degree
• Experience using science to solve challenging problems
• Comfort with scientific uncertainty
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
