Job Description
Pioneering Intelligence, a Flagship Pioneering initiative, is seeking a Principal Scientist – Computational Protein Design to lead technical development in computational antibody design and developability optimization. This role involves collaborating with Pioneering Medicines to build foundational workflows for end-to-end antibody design, applying AI and computational tools to improve AI model performance. The position requires a blend of scientific and computational skills and a track record in antibody development and design.
Requirements
- PhD in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Protein Engineering, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience in the end-to-end design and optimization of antibodies
- Strong track record in utilizing AI and computational methods for antibody engineering
- Experience analyzing and interpreting antibody developability data
- Experience leading projects in antibody discovery or biologics development
