Job Description
Flash is seeking a Technical Team Lead to lead a backend engineering team working in Golang. The role involves leading a team, driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture, and ensuring systems are robust and reliable. Requirements
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience
- 2+ years of leading or mentoring engineers
- Deep proficiency in Golang
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of system design and APIs
- Experience deploying and operating services on AWS, GCP, or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and financial environments
