Requirements

• Solid experience leading engineering teams in complex products, preferably in fintechs, ERPs, or platforms with high transactional volume.
• Technical expertise in distributed architectures, integration patterns, databases, observability, reliability practices, and performance engineering.
• Experience in environments with OKRs, engineering analysis (DORA, efficiency, excellence), and data-driven decision-making.
• Previous experience collaborating with Product and Design to define scope, roadmap, technical trade-offs, and quality governance.
