Produce desserts, sweet dishes, ice cream, cakes and pastries for all gastronomic areas of the house. Economic work in close cooperation with the chef director. Proper storage of all food and raw materials. Cleanliness, order and maintenance of all working areas and equipment.

Requirements

• Education & Master title: Completed training as a pastry cook (m/f/d) and a master title in confectionery
