Job Description
Fleetio is a rapidly growing SaaS platform connecting fleets with verified repair shops through a digital marketplace. They are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale their growing network and drive growth, efficiency, and adoption of the Shop Network. This role involves hands-on involvement in building systems, processes, and programs to operationalize the Marketplace.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, business operations, marketplace operations, or high-growth SaaS
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets fluency required)
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Clear, structured communicator who can influence across teams and leadership levels
- Strong business judgment with experience in marketplaces, logistics, or transaction-driven businesses
