Job Description
FleetPartners is a leading vehicle fleet leasing and financial services company seeking a Maintenance Controller to join their Fleet Operations team. This role involves managing maintenance programs for customers, ensuring safety, cost control, and excellent customer service, and applying technical expertise to keep vehicles performing optimally. The position is office-based with a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Trade qualified in motor mechanics (or similar)
- Moderate to advanced computer skills in Excel
- Ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships
- Medium to heavy commercial experience
- Analytical skills
