Engineering PLC Technician

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry seeking a skilled Automation technician to support, maintain, and enhance automated production systems.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of industrial network communications
• Proficient in Omron PLC programming using CX-Programmer and Sysmac Studio
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
• Ability to integrate and troubleshoot communication between Omron and Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Experience with PLC tag creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Knowledge of NAT device configuration and industrial network switch management
• Experience with HMI systems, including screen development, alarms, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting
