Associate Operations Supervisor

Flex is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to support the manufacturing operations for the repair and rework processes in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will direct the manufacturing operations, ensure quality and cost goals are met, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of operations experience
• Ability to operate telephones, data entry, office software
• Ability to apply LEAN manufacturing concepts
