We're looking for a Production Lead to provide leadership and direction to groups of non-exempt employees in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role involves providing on-the-job coaching and training, initiating process development and cost improvement projects, and managing department expenses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
