As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners via chat, email, phone, and screen shares. You will troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolution. You will also create, maintain, and publish articles for Flexera's Knowledge Base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer orientation and dedication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
