The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and data analytics skills.
Requirements
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage, coach, and develop recruitment teams.
- Partner with divisional and regional leadership.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee ATS utilization and reporting.
