Job Description
Fliff is a social sports gaming company seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team building a new Fantasy platform. The role involves team management, technical leadership, and code contribution, focusing on delivering scalable, performant, and engaging features across React Native apps and web. Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on React Native and TypeScript 5.0+
- 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring engineers
- Strong command of React fundamentals
- Deep understanding of state management tools like Redux and Context API
- Experience with performance optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, and responsive UI design
- Ability to work with backend APIs (REST and WebSocket) and integrate data into complex UIs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
