FlixTrain is seeking a Train Preparer and TF to lead on-site training sessions for train attendants, train drivers, and driver-trainers. The role involves developing and updating training materials, conducting training sessions, monitoring learner progress, and documenting results. It contributes to the safety, efficiency, and service quality of the railway operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Completed railway-related vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Valid driving license since at least 2 years
• Experience as a trainer, trainer or inspector for train personnel
• High travel readiness and flexibility for nationwide missions with overnight stays
• Safe handling of MS Office and interest in digital learning formats
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
