Job Description

They are looking for a Director of Tax & Treasury to ensure compliance with tax laws, manage financial reporting, and oversee global tax strategies. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws
- Experience evaluating and advising on complex tax positions
- Familiarity with ASC 740 and tax accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working in a public company, SOX-compliant environment
- Experience with tax software and banking systems
