Job Description
Flock Safety is seeking a Manager, FP&A – Marketing & External Affairs to serve as a strategic finance partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communications Officer as they scale. The role will own financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for two highly dynamic teams with evolving priorities.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Public Accounting
- Marketing/GTM experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Comfort managing complex OpEx budgets with shifting priorities
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Clear, confident communicator with senior leaders and non-finance partners
- Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, and BI tools preferred
