Job Description
The Assistant Department Manager (Wood) is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, and driving sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and a thorough understanding of the company's core values and safe lifting practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
