Floor & Decor's Sales Associates provide customers with friendly, accurate service and support in finding products to complete their project. The role involves connecting with customers, maintaining in-stock condition of assigned areas, and processing customers at checkout.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
