We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand marketing plans across multiple markets.
Requirements
- Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands and markets.
- Support the Marketing Manager and Commercial teams in achieving brand and business objectives related to volume, sales, profitability, market share, and household penetration KPIs.
- Lead and coordinate innovation projects as Project Leader, working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Regional Marketing).
- Manage the flow of presentations and approvals within regional and global forums, including business cases, concept development, and product innovation.
- Coordinate brand, media, PR, and activation agencies to deliver and monitor media strategies, creative campaigns, and ATL/BTL activations.
- Maintain close collaboration with commercial teams in key markets such as Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Guatemala, Panama, and El Salvador.
- Analyze market research, internal reports, and field data to develop consumer insights and propose corrective or action plans.
- Support the development and execution of the 3-year innovation roadmap.
