Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a Patient Financial Navigator Supervisor to supervise Patient Financial Navigators and review their performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field business office, strong verbal communication skills, and be willing to travel to multiple locations monthly.

Requirements

• Supervise Patient Financial Navigators
• Maintain and approve Managed Care employee staffing and payroll
• Work with Clinic Finance Manager to address Physician and Office Manager issues
• Provide training on collection policies and procedures
• Experience in accounts receivable management
