Job Description
Florida Window and Door is seeking motivated individuals to join their sales team as Outside Sales Representatives. The company is growing rapidly and offers pre-qualified leads and a commission-based structure, with training and performance-driven promotions. The role involves in-home appointments, customer assessment, and closing deals with high-quality impact windows and doors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills

- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
