Job Description
We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team at Floryn, a fast-growing fintech in the Netherlands. As a Compliance Officer, you'll ensure that our organization remains compliant with laws and regulations while driving innovation and growth. You'll work closely with our compliance team to set up and maintain policies and procedures, monitor compliance risks, and carry out controls and audits. If you're a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and curious individual with experience in compliance, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business administration, criminology, or economics)
- 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as PSD2, AVG, and Wwft
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English
- Analytical and accurate working method
- Courage to start conversations and make development points discussable
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
