Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Tetra Pak beverage packaging line. The role involves supervising production personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, and achieving production targets in a fast-paced, automated environment.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment
- Direct experience with Tetra Pak filling and packaging lines (e.g., A3/CompactFlex, TBA/8)
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
- Working knowledge of BRC, GMP, and ISO standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing software systems (e.g., MES, SAP)
