Digital Assets Research Analyst

Flow Traders is looking for a Research Analyst to join their Digital Assets team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the digital asset ecosystem and be able to conduct deep-dive research into DeFi protocols and emerging trends.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in crypto research, investment analysis, or a trading firm
• Deep familiarity with DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, and L1/L2 infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with on-chain data tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen) and basic data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python)
