Trading Ops Intern EMEA (F/M/D)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity venues (spot/derivatives), OMS/EMS, FIX/REST/WebSocket APIs, and blockchain fundamentals
• Excellent understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong Python skills are a must (data wrangling, automation, monitoring, and reconciliation tooling); proficiency with SQL and at least one additional language (e.g., TypeScript/Java) is a plus
• Experience building operational dashboards, alerts, and workflows
• Professional proficiency in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment; sound judgment under pressure and strong ownership mindset
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven; able to improve and document controls and procedures
