Requirements

• At least 4 years of retail account management experience
• Ability to build relationships, conduct business, and enhance Flowers' reputation with customers and key decision makers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience required
• Master's degree preferred
• Ability to travel as needed via air and motor vehicle
