Senior Engineer

We're looking for a curious, skilled, and driven engineer to join our global Mining Products Engineering Department to contribute to global product innovation and drive a more sustainable future.

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience designing Rubber or Polyurethane tooling/moulds
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design engineering within consumables, mining, heavy industrial, or similar manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Enovia, and Ansys
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, rubber and polyurethane behaviour, moulding processes, and manufacturing workflows
