Site Manager, Datacenter Operations

Fluidstack is hiring a Site Manager, Datacenter Operations to lead and scale an operations team of 10+ technicians and specialists across multiple datacenter facilities within a campus or region. The role involves driving operational strategy, team development, and execution excellence while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of datacenter infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hire, develop, and manage cross-functional operations teams
• Establish appropriate staffing levels and organizational structure
• Own 24x7 operational accountability
• Drive operational KPIs and metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Construction, and Product teams
