Job Description
Fluidstack is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence, partnering with top AI labs, governments, and enterprises. We're hiring AI Software Engineers to build tools that make every team member significantly more productive, leveraging frontier models to automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and reduce manual toil.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript
- Strong full-stack development skills with experience building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, etc., and agent frameworks around them
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption
