Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform a full range of Project Controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting to support successful project execution.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Project Coding Structures to support cost, schedule, and scope accuracy.
- Prepare and manage fully integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules and cost-control systems.
- Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and develop effective schedule or cost recovery plans.
- Analyze project schedules, assess delays, propose recovery options, and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage and update the project cost-control system, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete cost reporting.
- Review and analyze cost and schedule variances; interpret root causes and provide actionable mitigation plans to Project Management.
- Ensure professional, timely, and compliant reporting in line with project controls standards and procedures.
- Support cross-functional coordination to maintain alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Perform additional project-related duties as required to support successful execution.
