IC Manager Operations & Reporting

Flutter Entertainment is seeking an IC Manager Operations & Reporting to oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of internal control assurance plans. The role acts as the central point for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and communication, ensuring that transformation projects meet their strategic objectives while aligning with broader business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience of working in an internal controls, external audit, or complex project management experience in finance and IT with experience of internal controls through the project managed.
• Recognised project/programme management qualification is an advantage but not essential (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).
• Understanding of key concepts of US regulatory environments, including SEC, SOX 404, COSO, and PCAOB requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven track record of being ability to deliver via influence
