Projects & Change Controls Transformation Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring that the finance transformation programme is well-controlled and delivered according to Flutter's policies. The role involves managing project and change controls, embedding change controls, and delivering ICFR project plan according to planned costs and timetable.

Requirements

• Strong project management and organisation skills
• Good leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good ICFR skills
• Some knowledge and skills of business process controls
• PCAOB audit experience and post-qualification experience in a professional services or industry role
• Experience of delivering ICFR activities day-to-day, across at least one whole financial year cycle
• Experience of navigating material weakness or significant deficiency remediation
• Some experience of significant finance transformation activities in ICFR or with ICFR impacts
