Senior Sourcing Analyst (Procurement)

Flutter Entertainment is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead and support sourcing activities across India and global markets. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of regional and global supply markets, and the ability to manage sourcing projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of sourcing/procurement experience
• Proven ability to independently manage sourcing projects, negotiations, and supplier relationships
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and vendor risk management
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across regions and functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or related field
