We are hiring an Executive Communications Lead to drive strategic executive communications, shaping and amplifying the executive’s public voice across digital platforms, media engagements, speaking opportunities, and high-level events. The role requires a strong storyteller, brand strategist, and operator who can manage social media communications, executive visibility, event branding, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, brand strategy, public relations, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing brand communications for senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial skills
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, digital storytelling, and thought leadership positioning
- Experience managing high-profile speaking engagements and executive-level events
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business priorities into compelling narratives
- Ability to work with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote)
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
