Job Description
Fluxergy is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to operate at a high technical level and take ownership of key IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or system administration and strong knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and security.
Requirements
- 7 + years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and security
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and identity/access systems
- Experience with IT automation (PowerShell or similar tools)
- Background implementing and supporting enterprise applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and working with sensitive information
- Experience working within ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Experience leading technical projects and coordinating across teams
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
- Comfort working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Willingness to work with physical IT infrastructure when needed
