Job Description
Flyability is seeking a Repair Manager to lead change within our repair department and develop repair activities in our reseller network. The role involves managing repair activity, following up with customers, and performing maintenance and repair jobs on products.
Requirements
- Engineering or Master degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience as technician in repair and maintenance management
- At least 5 years of experience leading a repair and maintenance activity in robotics or high tech environment
- Fluent in French, English, other language is a plus
- Rigorous, organized, and capable of leading change
- Great diagnostic capabilities, strong communicator, gifted at training people
- Ability to travel (5 travels per year)
