Sales Development Representative

FlyAkeed is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them via phone calls, and persuading them to book flights and hotels through our platform.

Requirements

• 1+ year of telesales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
