Job Description
We're building Europe's leading Strategic Design & Implementation consultancy, and we're looking for a UX Designer to join our team. You'll work on high-stakes initiatives, shaping digital platforms and services used by millions of people around the globe.
Requirements
- Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences
- Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
- Ensuring the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product
- Involving in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements
- Reviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Working in an end-to-end digital process
- Visualising your ideas and inspiring others
- Experience working with large design systems
- Managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and vendors
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goals
