Job Description
Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Health and Safety Site Specialist to oversee and administer the company’s safety and health program. The role involves overseeing construction safety standards, conducting on-site inspections, managing insurance, and supporting employee orientation. The position requires extensive travel, approximately 11 days on and 3 days off, with overtime paid.
Requirements
- OSHA30 certification
- 2+ years of construction safety experience
- First Aid and CPR certification
- High School diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Pass government background check
- Availability to travel to project site (up to 2 weeks)
- Spanish language proficiency
