Job Description
FLYR is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to drive innovation and strategy, shaping the organization's approach to travel companies. This role requires a technical visionary, capable of leading architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and influencing business and technology strategies. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and Redis
- Extensive experience in software development
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and distributed systems
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish (fluency in both a plus)
