The MarComm Specialist is a generalist position that provides exposure to various facets of marketing and communications in healthcare, empowering the team member to explore and discover their individual strengths and passions.
Requirements
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
- Support content development for multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across platforms.
- Manage and update content for the organization’s website and social media accounts.
- Help coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and press activities.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, graphics, and presentations.
- Monitor key marketing metrics and support the preparation of regular reports for leadership.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solve challenges.
- Assists with the collection of information and support for of all phases of advertising including print and television production for major branding and product line campaigns.
- Serves as a liaison to departments within the hospital by attending meetings and aiding in the development of marketing strategy and materials.
- Coordinates service delivery and provides overall marketing/communication support for assigned product lines and affiliates.
- Participates as a member of the Marketing team by offering creativity and idea-sharing for concept development and marketing strategy evaluation.
- Promotes the quality and efficiency of his/her own performance through participation in staff educational programs, approved continuing education courses, and specialized skill training programs.
