Job Description
FNS is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end ocean freight processes, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and collaborate with operations, customs brokerage, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
