Job Description
FNS is seeking a Warehouse Lead (B Shift) (Korean-English Bilingual) to oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery expectations, experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery expectations
- Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams
- Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification (optional, depending on the operation)
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
