Product Manager

Focal Systems is the industry leader in retail AI solutions. We seek a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems, pushing boundaries, influencing strategy, and making a strong impact on product execution and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience, preferably 2+ years in a product management role managing a B2B data heavy SaaS application
• Technical degree (e.g. EE, CS, Math, Stats) a plus
• Strong knowledge of software development processes
• Knowledge of SQL and data science, data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to plan and manage a long-term product roadmap, lead product initiatives, rapid iteration, and ongoing customer discovery with tangible results
• Recent startup experience; uphold our values & mission; team player
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to speak German to converse with our DACH client base a huge plus
