Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Active Pennsylvania Special Education Certification (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for education and dedication to supporting student growth.
• Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school setting.
