Focused Staffing Group is seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable Middle School Science Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Plainfield, NJ for the 2025–2026 school year.

Requirements

• Plan and deliver engaging, NGSS-aligned science instruction.
• Create safe, well-organized, and interactive lab experiences.
• Differentiate lessons to support diverse learners, including students with IEPs, English Learners, and advanced students.
• Use assessments to track progress, adjust instruction, and promote academic growth.
• Integrate technology and real-world applications to deepen understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and families to support student success.
• Participate in PLCs, professional development, and school-wide initiatives.
