Job Description
Psychiatric Technicians work with and ensure the safety and welfare of adult residents in the Residential Program, including mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. They participate in carrying out residents' treatment plan goals and assist with the treatment planning process, providing support with direct care responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 year of paid or volunteer experience in a related field
- Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery driven service systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be diabetic and med certified
