Job Description

Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities, designing and implementing IEP-driven instruction, providing behavioral and academic support, and maintaining a structured, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Valid Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe) with EL authorization (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with disabilities (minimum three years preferred)
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction, behavior intervention, data collection, and assistive technology
- Strong oral and written communication skills (Spanish highly desired)
- Ability to implement evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies
